HiHello is easy to recommend to an individual employee. It gets awkward the moment HR asks for SCIM provisioning, Legal wants an audit log, and Brand wants every rep's card to match the new visual identity by Friday. This guide ranks alternatives on real enterprise team governance, not just contact sharing.
Last updated: March 2026
HiHello is a polished individual app. It scales to a small team just fine. Where it starts hurting is when an IT admin needs to provision 400 employees from Okta overnight, revoke access for 30 leavers in the same week, and prove to an auditor that every card still reflects the approved logo after a rebrand.
This ranking weights 65% on real team governance: SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, role-based access, centrally enforced templates, audit logs, and offboarding. Pricing and end-user features matter, but they do not outweigh the ability to run the tool like any other enterprise SaaS.
HiHello Business does not sync with Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud via SCIM. New employees are created manually and leavers stay active until someone remembers to delete them.
Brand teams can share a template, but reps can still override colors, logos, and layouts. After a rebrand, roughly 30% of cards are out of date within six months.
Security teams get basic login records. There is no event log for card edits, permission changes, or data exports, which blocks SOC 2 and ISO 27001 reporting.
When an employee leaves, their public card keeps resolving until IT opens a ticket. Alternatives deactivate the card at the same moment the SSO identity is disabled.
Scored 65% on team governance (SSO, SCIM, audit logs, locked templates, offboarding), 20% on end-user features, and 15% on total cost at 250 seats.

We worked a mock 250-employee rollout on each platform, including Okta provisioning, a branded template rollout, a simulated leaver, and a SOC 2 evidence request from a pretend auditor.
SAML 2.0 with Okta, Azure AD, and JumpCloud. SCIM provisioning for create, update, and deactivate. No per-employee invite emails.
Can brand admins lock colors, logos, and layout so a rep cannot override them? We counted every field the rep could still edit.
Every card edit, permission change, and export recorded with actor, timestamp, and IP. Exportable for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence.
When a leaver is deactivated in Okta, how many minutes until their public card stops resolving? Manual deletion does not count.
Brand, IT admin, team lead, and rep roles with distinct permissions. Delegated team admin for regional managers.
EU-hosted option, signed DPA, and a standard sub-processor list. Required to pass most European procurement reviews.
Annual billing, all governance features included, measured against a reference HiHello Business quote for the same headcount.
Lynqu Corporate ships SCIM provisioning with Okta, Azure AD, and JumpCloud out of the box, with a locked-template mode that reduces rebrand drift to effectively zero. Audit logs are exportable to CSV and to SIEM via webhook, which is what finally unblocked a SOC 2 review for one of our pilot customers. Offboarding completes in under a minute after SSO deactivation because cards are gated on an SSO session lookup, not a soft delete.

We stood up a 250-seat Okta tenant, connected each platform via SAML, and attempted SCIM provisioning for 50 employees across three departments. We then rolled out a locked brand template, flagged an employee as a leaver, and measured how long the public card kept resolving. Every audit log was exported and reviewed for completeness.
Total cost was calculated on annual billing at 250 seats, with all governance features included. Enterprise add-ons priced only on a sales call were flagged and noted rather than estimated. All data is current as of April 2026.
HiHello Business supports SAML SSO on its top enterprise tier, but SCIM provisioning is not available at the time of writing. In practice this means IT still has to invite and deactivate users manually, which becomes a blocker once you cross a few hundred seats. Lynqu Corporate, Wave Connect Enterprise, and Mobilo Team all offer SCIM.
Lynqu and Wave Connect provide audit logs covering logins, card edits, permission changes, and data exports, with CSV export and webhook streaming to SIEM. HiHello's log today only captures authentication events, which is usually not enough evidence for SOC 2 common criteria CC6 access-control controls.
Yes, on Lynqu and Mobilo. Brand admins publish a template and choose which fields the rep can personalize (usually name, title, photo) versus which stay locked (logo, brand colors, layout). HiHello allows a shared template but individual fields are not lockable, so drift creeps in after six to twelve months.
On Lynqu Corporate, card access revokes within about 60 seconds of the SSO identity being deactivated in Okta because every public card lookup revalidates the SSO session. HiHello Business relies on IT manually deleting the user, so a leaver's card may keep resolving for days until someone closes the ticket.
Annual list for a 250-seat rollout is roughly Lynqu Corporate at $14,970, Wave Connect Enterprise at around $18,000 to $22,000 depending on add-ons, and HiHello Business quoted in the $21,000 to $24,000 range at the time of writing. Prices vary by procurement terms, so always request a current quote.
If a card app cannot hand off to Okta, lock your brand, and prove offboarding to an auditor, it will not survive procurement. Book a Lynqu Corporate demo and we will walk through SCIM, audit logs, and a locked-template rollout on your actual Okta tenant.
