How does the SSO integration work?

Lynqu supports SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On with Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace. Your IT team can enable SSO in minutes with our setup wizard, and employees are automatically provisioned via directory sync.

Can I build custom integrations?

Yes. Lynqu provides a RESTful API with OAuth 2.0 authentication, plus Zapier integration for connecting to 500+ apps without writing code. Custom webhooks let you trigger actions in real-time.

How often does data sync between Lynqu and my CRM?

Real-time for new lead captures. Bi-directional contact sync runs every 15 minutes by default, configurable down to 5-minute intervals for Business plans.
