Frequently asked questions
It depends on the plan your referral subscribes to. Personal plans (Pro, Pro+AI) pay 40% in months 1–3 and 25% in months 4–12. Business plans (Business, Business+AI) pay 15% for months 1–12. From month 13 the commission ends. We classify the plan automatically from the Stripe subscription — you don't need to do anything.
Your percentage applies to what Lynqu actually collects — not the list price. On web checkout that means the amount after any discount, excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks. For App Store and Google Play purchases it means Lynqu's developer proceeds: what is left after Apple or Google take their 15–30% cut, which Lynqu never receives. An example on a $10/month plan at the 40% rate: if a 20% audience discount is enabled on your code, Lynqu collects $8 and you earn $3.20 that month. Bought in the app instead, that $8 leaves Lynqu roughly $5.60 after the store's cut, so you earn $2.24.
Lynqu uses a 30-day first-touch + last-click-in-session attribution window. We credit the referral that introduced a customer within 30 days, with the most recent visited link in the same session taking precedence.

Yes. You can set a custom code (3–20 letters, numbers or hyphens) from your affiliate dashboard, so you can promote something memorable instead of an auto-generated code. Links using your previous code keep working, so nothing you've already shared breaks.
