Blinq is a solid starter app, but sales teams tend to outgrow its lead capture once weekly event volume passes 50 contacts. We ranked five alternatives specifically on how well they handle pipeline handoff, CRM sync reliability, and rep-level attribution.
Last updated: March 2026
Blinq is one of the cleanest starter apps on the market — rock-solid on solo cards, easy to hand to a new hire, and fine for a trade-show booth twice a year. But the wheels start coming off when a single rep brings back 80 scanned cards from one conference and half of them never make it into HubSpot.
This ranking is not about which app looks prettiest. We weighted 60% of the score on lead-capture workflow: scan accuracy, duplicate merging, field mapping, assignment rules, and how cleanly the data lands in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive without a rep retyping anything.
Blinq's contact scanner is fine for a handful of cards. At 50+ per event, reps start seeing misread emails and mangled company names that break enrichment.
Blinq's CRM push creates contacts but does not deduplicate against existing accounts or route leads to the right owner — AEs end up manually merging duplicates every Monday.
Managers cannot see which rep captured which lead or how scans convert to closed deals. Alternatives surface a scan-to-pipeline leaderboard per rep.
Blinq drops the captured contact into your CRM and disappears. Stronger alternatives trigger AI follow-up reminders and first-touch email drafts within 24 hours of the scan.
Scored 60% on lead-capture workflow (scan accuracy, CRM handoff, rep attribution), 25% on team admin, and 15% on price per active user.

Every app was scored against the same five-step workflow, end to end: scan a card at an event, enrich it, route it to a rep, sync it to the CRM, and trigger follow-up.
Tested with 20 real event cards including embossed, glossy, and two-sided layouts. Measured email, phone, and company name accuracy.
How cleanly contacts land in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive, including whether duplicate accounts merge automatically.
Can a manager assign captured leads to the right owner by territory, product line, or round-robin without custom code?
AI reminders, first-touch email drafts, and sequence hand-off to Outreach, Apollo, or Salesloft within 24 hours of the scan.
Does a manager see which rep captured the lead and what the downstream pipeline looks like by rep and event?
Annual billing, assuming 10 reps, with all CRM features included rather than locked behind an enterprise add-on.
Lynqu took the top spot on workflow, not feature count. Scans from a noisy trade-show floor are processed against a GPT-4o vision pipeline that cross-references the extracted email domain with the company website, so the rep's CRM record lands with the correct company and title roughly 94% of the time. From there, AI follow-up reminders schedule a first-touch email within 24 hours. Blinq shipped none of that at time of test.

We built a five-seat sales team sandbox on Blinq and every alternative listed here. Each rep scanned the same 20-card deck (collected at an actual industry event), pushed the results into a test HubSpot instance, and we measured field accuracy, deduplication against existing accounts, and how long it took the first follow-up email to leave the outbox.
Lead routing was tested by setting up a round-robin rule for a two-territory team and counting how many leads landed with the correct owner. Pricing reflects annual billing at a 10-rep headcount and excludes any enterprise add-on that requires a sales call. All data is current as of April 2026.
The usual breaking point is around 50 scanned cards per rep per month. Below that, Blinq's scanner is accurate enough and the CRM push is tolerable. Above it, duplicate contacts pile up, misread fields require manual cleanup, and managers start losing visibility into which rep captured which lead. That's when teams start evaluating alternatives.
In our tests, Lynqu and Mobilo had the most reliable CRM pipelines. Both deduplicate against existing accounts, map custom fields without admin help, and surface routing errors back to the rep. Blinq pushes contacts but does not merge duplicates, so Salesforce admins often end up running a cleanup job each quarter.
Yes. Blinq exports saved contacts as a CSV. You can import the CSV into Lynqu or any other alternative. Your old Blinq link and QR code keep resolving to your Blinq profile until you cancel, so reprint business cards and update email signatures before you switch off Blinq entirely.
Lynqu Business and Mobilo Team both report scan-to-pipeline numbers by rep, event, and territory. Managers can answer questions like 'which trade show produced the most closed revenue' without pulling custom reports. Blinq and HiHello do not expose this level of attribution today.
At a 10-rep headcount on annual billing, Lynqu Business is about $598 per year, Blinq Teams is about $839, and Mobilo sits in the middle around $720. The gap widens at 25+ reps because Lynqu's CRM features are included rather than gated behind an enterprise tier.
Blinq is fine if you scan a handful of cards a month. If your team is running weekly events, pushing leads into Salesforce, and measuring attribution by rep, you want a tool built around that workflow. Start a free Lynqu Business trial, import one event's worth of scans, and see how many of them land in your CRM without cleanup.
